Pet Peeves

What are some of your biggest pet peeves? When it comes to dating one of my biggest is those who type letters instead of words.

It was ok when I was 16 and I used msn. You all remember msn? It was one of the first ways I communicated with friends over the internet. When we would chat we would write u instead of you and r instead of are. But now that I am older those things annoy me. One of the sentences used a lot was "Are u going 2 d city"
It annoyed me so much I had to ask the person to stop typing in this way. I also do not like those who incorrectly spell words when they use the same amount of character spaces such as Kool instead of cool.

So what other things can be annoying? I have spoken to some men and they say that when they meet a girl somewhere for a date and they haven't chosen a place, when asking the girl and she says anywhere you choose. Or what movie would you like to see? And she responds " whatever you want to see"

Women say that one thing that annoys them most is when a man replies to a text message with just the word k. They can't even type the O in ok. Just K!! Or when you are messaging and your guy texts you like this-
"Ok"
"Come to my house"
"Around 8 pm"
"I won't be home before then"
"Is that cool"
" With you"
When instead of seven messages, it could have been just one.

So what do you do about these things? Are pet peeves so important that you don't go for a second date if your date has one of your pet peeves as a regular habit? Well I tried with my friend and just kindly asked him to write the and to instead of d and 2. He said ok and we are still friends. And if by chance your biggest pet peeve is the same as mine. You can let the person know that if they have a smart phone like iPhone they can set up shortcuts so when honey type things like ttyl it will change it to talk to you later . And they can still be lazy but look good at the same time.
