Your Wedding Your Way

Lately I've been talking to a friend about weddings. When asked my opinion, I said if you love each other, there is no need to rush things. Take time. Do it your way and have what you want.

A wedding is a very special occasion, and hopefully you only get to do it once. That is why you should have whatever you want.

I worked at a wedding recently, and the couple getting married had been engaged for two and a half years. There's nothing wrong with that. I think it's a good idea. With time and money you can have a perfect wedding.

When it comes to money, the average wedding costs about $25,000. It's a lot of money to save up. Even a small wedding can be costly. At the end of the day, think about what's most important and if you can't afford it all, cut back on what's least important. If you're happy with a cheaper dress so you can have more flowers then just do it. If you prefer less flowers and a more expensive dress, do that. It's your day.

Don't look back on the most memorable day of your life and have regrets.
