Closing In On Closure
Closure, it's what we all desire in order to be able to move on. Unfortunately, not by lack of trying, not all of us are able to gain closure on pressing issues. It may be a matter of 'a little too late', the fact that a person or situation may be unwilling to provide you with answers or perhaps factors of time, one's lifestyle and personal struggles could get in the way of you not being able to receive comfort from heartache.
Having closure can answer many of our questions, improve our emotional balance, give us insight as well as peace of mind and can possibly even cure those unresolved doubts.
I have been lucky enough to have encountered closure on a number of things in my past relationships, which has beneficially helped me to understand and gain clarity on issues that I couldn't deal with on my own terms.

I learnt healthy way's to deal with my past relationship woes and the emotional effects that still had a hold of me. I learnt that keeping a journal was a great tool that I wrote in every day and it helped me to express myself to no end.
I also discovered that communication is important and that keeping things bottled up, will not help yourself in the long run. I turned to a trusted family member, who made me see the 'light', the advice that was given to me was priceless and usually 'a problem shared, is a problem halved'. I'm sure that any trusted person that you choose to confide in, would be more than happy to help. Keep positive and find that peace of mind.
